Burning Bridges AI Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of burning-bridges-ai.pro (“Burning Bridges AI”, “we”, “us” or “the Service”). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Burning Bridges AI lets you create AI-generated videos using prompts, supported reference images and the models available in the generator. Model availability, generation time and results depend in part on third-party services. Features described as planned are not included until made available.

This is a digital software service delivered online. Purchased credits become available after payment is verified. Generation depends on third-party AI service providers and the underlying model providers; interruptions in those services may affect delivery.

The Service is an independent creative tool. References to trends, artists or third-party products do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you to use the Service or make a purchase. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and contact support@burning-bridges-ai.pro if you suspect unauthorized activity. You are responsible for your use of the account. Do not share your login credentials. Keep your billing email current. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it to these terms.

Only upload content you own or have permission to use and process with AI. Obtain the consent of people depicted, including a parent or guardian’s consent for photos of minors. You must not use the Service to:

• Create unlawful, pornographic or sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Harass, threaten, defame, encourage violence or target people with hateful abuse; create graphic gore or glorify serious physical harm, terrorism or child abuse.
• Impersonate someone deceptively, commit fraud, or present fabricated footage of a real person as authentic, including unauthorized deepfakes or face swaps.
• Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights or other rights.
• Bypass safety checks, account restrictions or payment controls; exploit free-credit offers; access another user’s data; or disrupt the Service.
• Create phishing, malware or other attack materials; resell access without our written permission; or violate applicable laws, payment-network rules or the selected model’s policies.
• Systematically collect outputs beyond your authorized use, or use inputs, outputs or model responses from the Service to train, fine-tune, distill, benchmark or develop competing AI models.
• Present AI outputs as the work of a qualified medical, legal or financial professional in a way that could cause harm.

We and our providers may reject requests, restrict content or suspend access when necessary to enforce these rules or protect the Service. Safety checks are not a guarantee that every output is lawful or appropriate.

We do not tolerate child sexual abuse material or the sexual exploitation of minors. We may block or remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence and notify competent authorities as required by law. To report prohibited content, email support@burning-bridges-ai.pro with the subject “Content Safety Report,” a task reference or content URL and a description. For suspected child sexual abuse material, provide identifying references only; do not download or attach it.

You retain the rights you already hold in your inputs. You grant us and the providers involved in your request a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, process and display your content as needed to generate results, run your history and downloads, perform safety checks and provide support.

We do not use your inputs or outputs to train our own AI models. The provider disclosures in our Privacy Policy also apply to generation and safety processing.

As between you and Burning Bridges AI, we do not claim ownership of your generated results. This does not guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable or free of third-party rights. Any commercial use must also satisfy the selected provider’s terms and the rights attached to your inputs.

Review results before using or sharing them. AI can introduce visual errors, change a person’s appearance or produce unexpected details. You are responsible for publication, any required AI disclosure, and obtaining rights to music, brands or other material you add. Access to this tool does not grant a license to a third-party song or an artist’s likeness.

The Pricing page and checkout show available offers, prices, credit amounts and applicable validity periods. Generation costs depend on the model and settings. Credits may be reserved while a request is processed and settled when the corresponding generation succeeds.

• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Completing checkout authorizes our third-party payment service providers to charge the displayed amount for that purchase. Purchased pack credits do not have a scheduled expiry and remain available when a subscription is canceled, subject to refunds and account termination. We do not offer automatic credit top-ups.
• By subscribing, you authorize our third-party payment service providers to charge your payment method at the price and recurring interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancel before the next renewal through Billing and check the cancellation status. Contact support if the request remains pending or fails, or email support@burning-bridges-ai.profrom your registered address for cancellation help.
• Cancellation stops future renewals once confirmed. It does not itself refund a previous payment. Subscription credits remain usable until the current paid billing period ends, then expire without rolling over. Refund adjustments can remove credits before that date. Canceling renewal does not delete your account or generation history.
• Credits with the earliest expiry are used first, including daily free credits and subscription credits. Credits without an expiry, including purchased packs, are used afterward.
• Free or promotional credits, when offered, are subject to the stated limits, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Credits cannot be transferred or resold.

Our third-party payment service providers process checkout, recurring payments and refunds. Payment card information is handled by those providers and their payment partners through PCI-DSS-compliant processing; we do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. Checkout shows the currency, applicable taxes and total payable before you authorize payment. Changes to recurring prices will be communicated before they apply, allowing you to cancel before the affected renewal.

Unused credit packs and your first subscription payment are eligible for a refund when requested within 14 days and no credits from that purchase have been used. Billing errors and extended service outages can also qualify. Successfully used credits are generally not refundable. Confirmed failed generations release reserved credits; this is separate from a payment refund. Full conditions and mandatory consumer rights are explained in our Refund Policy.

For billing errors or refund requests, email support@burning-bridges-ai.prowith your account email, transaction reference, purchase date and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method where supported; banks and providers commonly take another 5–10 business days. Contacting us does not restrict your right to dispute a charge with your payment provider or use legal remedies.

We may update models or features, carry out maintenance, or temporarily limit service when providers are unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular generation time or that content will be stored indefinitely. Keep your own copies of important results. We may restrict or terminate access for misuse, legal requirements or security reasons. Contact support to discuss an account restriction or to request account deletion.

These terms apply while you use the Service. If we permanently end paid access for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused prepaid portion on a proportionate basis. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate; cancel recurring billing before requesting deletion, or ask support to help with both. Data handling after closure follows our Privacy Policy, and mandatory refund rights remain intact.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We cannot promise that generated content will match your expectations. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied on as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, including requests for account deletion. We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email at least 14 days before they take effect and update the date on this page. Any consent required by law will be obtained. Continued use after the effective date is subject to the updated terms.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the offer accepted at checkout form our agreement about the Service, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

We encourage informal resolution of disputes, without limiting your right to contact a regulator or bring a claim before a competent court.
